I downloaded the LinuxUbuntu skin app and can't remove it. Question inside?

These Droind Sains fonts are left in the folder, but I can’t find them in the task manager (they are not deleted because they are running in System.) And in general I doubt whether this skin will be deleted after that? How to return back to the standard Windows 7 theme?

First you need to find out what exactly the installer changed.
Try to run it in a sandbox/virtual machine, while tracking the changed files in the virtual system - this way you will know from the list what you have to return to the previous state.
By the way, there should be an uninstaller in the folder with the installed skin, it's worth looking at first.

I have a lot of questions:
1) What the hell is a skin when you have fonts?
2) Fonts cannot be launched.
3) Droid Sans!
The question is vague. Either you dragged the Ubuntu skin to Windows, or vice versa ... Some kind of schizophasia, honestly.

Stunned! This is how Linux turns into a mastdayka!
Why drag vending habits into Linux? What, the repository is missing?
So it will come to cracks with Trojans ...
