I don’t know where to start learning programming, are there any languages suitable for beginners?

I learned a little C++ and read html, I would like to know if it is worth continuing to study them (after html css and Java script), or is there something more suitable for a beginner to learn? Just a week ago I wanted to start programming (as a hobby I want, but at a good level). And if there are books for people like me, then please advise.

Javascript is trending right now, both on the frontend (browser + frameworks) and backend (Node.js). I believe this trend will continue. Therefore, I would recommend Nick Morgan's book "JavaScript for Children. Programming Tutorial", available online. To study, a browser and any text editor is enough. The familiar syntax, after C ++ and Java, will be a plus.

as a hobby I want, but at a good level

if(на хорошем уровне){
      сначала изучаем С, C++, Pascal (можете assembler прихватить краешком);

       // это даст хорошую основу для продолжения (книга - Герберт шилдт С++ - написана проще некуда)

      потом что хотите;
}
else{
     что хотите;
}

html is not a programming language.
