I constantly receive spam in ICQ, how to get rid of it?
I use Pidgin for ICQ and constantly receive messages like this:
Naturally, I did not send any requests for authorization. Is there any way to deal with this problem?

Pidgin has learned to filter such spam - developer.pidgin.im/ticket/14686
Very simple - switch to Jabber.
Well, in the case of ICQ, you will have to change the client to one that supports disabling the reception of "authorization refusals", qutim can do exactly that.
If these were authorization requests from the topikstarter's number, then he would receive refusals not with spam, but with a different text or without it at all.
The other day it came once, but a long time ago they sent it in the same way from time to time.
Just another way to send rubbish: they used to send messages, then authorization requests, now refusals.
Apparently, in the hope that the spam filter will let them through.
I don’t remember how it was in pidgin, but it seems there are anti-spam settings there. Go to settings and check the box "Do not accept links from contacts not in the list"
To use clients that can filter such spam (for example, official) or wait until the end of the week - we will fix it on the server.
Also a few days ago there were a bunch of such messages, I did not attach much importance to them and they do not appear anymore.
