I changed the icloud tariff plan, but when I try to upload a photo, it says Not Enough iCloud Storage, how to deal with this?

A long time ago I purchased an additional 50 gigabytes to store photos. Recently, this was not enough and I decided to switch to 200 gigabytes. The vault was completely full. I switched, paid, everything is displayed well, but when I try to upload photos or anything else, it says that there is no space. Phone rebooted. IOS15

@Zoominger

See if there is enough space on iCloud and what it is clogged with.
This is done through Settings, "iCloud Account Information".

Go to Settings -> General -> iPhone/iPad Storage on your phone and see if all your phone/tablet memory is occupied.
