I can't uninstall Python, what should I do?

I can’t remove Python, unknowingly I just deleted the folder with Python, now I’m trying through uninstall setup but it knocks out no python 3.8 instalation was detected and error 0x80070643 - an unrecoverable error occurred during the installation process
