I haven't dealt with the portal for a year, contacts with the programmer have been lost. We have paid services, for the payment of which you need to replenish the balance. When replenishing by 10 units, the user is redirected to the Yandex money page, where the amount to be paid is indicated ... So I can’t figure out how to influence this amount ... Probably there must be some kind of file in which the course is registered ... because 10 units in my case equals 373 rubles. 13 kop. for some reason...

Если сумма не вычисляемая, а фиксированная - поиском по файлам поищите где это число.
Если сумма вычисляемая где то в дебрях алгоритма - наймите другого программиста.

Конечно есть скрипт где рассчитывается сумма и перекидывает на яндекс страницу для оплаты. Ищите программиста.
