I can't run Ruby scripts?

I downloaded the game library for ruby ​​- Gosu. There is a Rubystein repository in github, it says to run the game write ruby ​​wolf3d.rb. It gives me an error: Traceback (most recent call last):
ruby: No such file or directory -- wolf3d.rb (LoadError).
And if I enter ruby ​​C:\Users\Acer\Desktop\wolf3d.rb it doesn't show anything.

Then type
cd /mnt
cd D
ruby ​​wolf3d.rb
