I can't login to Oracle Cloud, what should I do?

When I log in, I get

Congratulations to everyone on the oracle block in Russia.

PS VPN will not help, because (as I understand it) it was Russian accounts that were blocked, and before that there was an error associated with changing the entry system. (meaning that you don't even have to try to access your profile via vpn, since the authorization server itself writes that access is denied)

I have the same problem. Apparently because of the sanctions bank. But the most interesting thing is that both free machines continue to work =)
