I can't load the odt file into the VS project and then refer to it. What's the trouble?

I uploaded it to the project, but how to access the document?
PS During development (in order to speed up the process / yes, and I didn’t want to waste time on this), I uploaded this document to the project folder (/bin/debug/), because it clung to the program without any problems. But I quickly forgot about this crutch ... until I finished with the code and moved on to "Publication": D

I myself use the English studio, so I'm not sure what term is used in yours. Try switching "Build Action" to "Content" or something similar.
Well, stop screwing up the project.
