I can’t install Windows from under Ubuntu, while loading a bootable USB flash drive, an error pops up and Ubuntu starts up, I tried this with 2 flash drives and 3 Windows images, I used the WoeUSB & Etcher programs. I am a teapot who decided to test Linux (started with ubuntu)

Well, you have Linux loaded. Try changing the BIOS boot type from UEFI to Legacy or vice versa.
