I can't find a post about running C# code from a batch file?

If my memory serves me, there was a post on Habré that described a way to run C # code in bat files (as part of abnormal programming).
In my opinion, it was something like a polyglot program, which, if run as a bat nickname, set msbuild on itself, which compiled and ran only C # code, ignoring cmd commands, which in C # syntax looked like comments.
Can't find this post. Help with a link please.
