I can’t figure out how to correctly write the goal-event for Yandexmetrics on Wordpress into the button code?

I'm starting to learn Wordpress. There is a site https://master-peeling.ru it is located on reg ru. If I wrote it in pure code, then I added all the events to the buttons to the html code.
But I got into Wordpress and made this site on the Elementor constructor and now I’m trying to figure out how to put a goal-event to the transition button on Instagram. And most importantly, I can’t find on the Internet how to act, there is some kind of plugin, but it is paid. Generally HELPPP!!!
Maybe experts will help the teapot where and most importantly how to make an event?
