I can't create Sprite Atlas in Unity, what should I do?

In general, I created a project, I decided to make a sprite atlas unit in the editor. I clicked create, I’m sitting looking, there’s nothing related to sprites, in general. It seems like the necessary checkboxes are on, the packages are downloaded, but there’s nothing, I didn’t see anything on the Internet about this, maybe someone knows how this is solved or I’m now a sprite disabled and I can only see the atlas in photoshop?
