I can't access the server via https, how to set it up?

https://127.0.0.1/ works fine on localhost https://127.0.0.1/ - it opens,
but via external ip only via http.

Server - apache, OS - ubuntu, provider - Rostelecom.

What could be the reason?

Make sure port 443 is open or whatever you use for https.
