I can not "tear out" data from the program. What to do?

There is a program AeroFly Professional Deluxe.
It has
DKHMES.png
I want to get data from this "tablet" by reading the RAM.
I already found where the "direction" data is located with the help of ArtMoney (stored in text form), I could not dig out other data. I thought that, maybe, they are stored somewhere not far from the direction data. How can this be checked

No way.
The data can be stored as different variables and calculated before output.
Data can be stored in relative coordinates and refined before output.
Data can be stored in a more detailed form (float), and rounded off when outputting.
Data can be stored in any way, and without understanding the assembler, it will be extremely difficult to find through Artmani.
Moreover, at each start, the offset in memory can change.
"not far from direction data" may or may not be. Come on the wrong side.
Outputs:
1. You can pick further, hoping for luck and intuition, maybe you will find it.
2. Find a radically different option in general, understand where the data came from in the program and take it in the original source, and not from the program's memory.
