I bought a Usb ethernet adapter but the drivers are not installed in any way?

This is how it says No drivers installed for the device. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device. I searched for drivers for id found and install, but they are not installed in any way. What can I do to make the USB adapter work?
