I am running a project in Android Studio. The project started, but an error pops up. What to do?

My project starts successfully, but in the lower right corner there is an error:
Unable to start the daemon process.
This problem might be caused by incorrect configuration of the daemon.
For example, an unrecognized jvm option is used.

And in the xml file, in the window where the result is displayed (all sorts of buttons, TextView and others), I have written:
Preview is unavailable until a successful build

Most likely, you sent something wrong in the Gradle files, and it cannot be initialized. The second error in xml is due to the fact that the project is not built.
