I am looking for an interesting task I once saw for an interview on DSP
Greetings.
Once I saw a very interesting task for a job seeker, either a DSP engineer, or an audio engineer.
The essence of the problem (I remember very vaguely): given an image of a gramophone record (the image is not a real record, but a rendered or drawn image). The tracks were clearly visible in the picture (I don’t remember exactly how, but the fact that they were visible is for sure). So the essence of the task was to determine the record that was recorded on this platinum - that is, to recreate and lose. On the recording, the voice allegedly says some number. This number would be the answer to the problem.
For some reason, I didn't save that task. Now I am very sorry, because there would be a good training in image processing and, possibly, DSP.
Maybe someone remembers something like this (like from an interview either with Samsung or some American company), or knows what kind of tasks this is.
I will be grateful for any hint.
Update: Found . Thanks mifi.
