I am creating a site on NodeJS, when something is written to a file on the server, the cookie file is updated, how can I fix this?

I am creating a site on NodeJS without using databases (I write all authorization data to JSON files), I started making sessions using express-session and there was a problem when something is written to a file on the server, then the cookie file is updated and because of this session is reset, how to solve this problem without using databases???
