I accidentally left the ipad mini at 100% of the battery for the whole night, could something happen from one time?

My ipad mini with 100% battery charge lay all night on charge, could this cause at least some harm, or not?

My androids always live at home on charge (otherwise you take them off the charge in the morning, you will leave by 12 noon - and they have already found wifi, pumped up updates, rebooted a couple of times, discharged ...).
Everything is OK, at rest Nexus 7 lives for three days (quietly peacefully pumping out mail and hangouts). Sensation has dipped in capacity for 3 years, but its fate is even harder - in general, it was discharged almost to zero every day.
