Humanist and Java?

Hello! I decided to change the type of activity, but because I'm not very good with math, but in IT I want to start learning HTML, CSS, in general, choose the path of a web developer.
But not long ago, at work, there was an opportunity to take courses for a Java developer, and it’s completely free of charge and, accordingly, with further employment. But I began to torment the question, the answer to which I did not find on the net, what knowledge of mathematics would be required to learn Java? On the web, I was mentally ready to dive into algorithms in the future, but in Java, what should I prepare for? The scope of the company is financial.

For 20 years in the industry, I did not need anything more complicated than arithmetic. Except for one time when I tried to poke my head into machine learning. I have already written about this many times.

This is a stupid and ill-conceived decision that you will regret.
But you've already sucked up articles on Habrok about 300k a month, without particularly straining?
