Httpd.worker and Invalid command 'AssignUserID'. How to decide?

You need to install httpd.worker. I read the instructions, everywhere they say - uncomment in the config:

HTTPD=/usr/sbin/httpd.worker

I check :
/usr/sbin/apachectl -l
Yes, indeed, I see - worker.c
I want to restart the server and they write to me - Invalid command 'AssignUserID'.
I'm starting to google on the problem Invalid command 'AssignUserID' - instructions on how to install httpd.itk begin. And I specifically commented out:
HTTPD=/usr/sbin/httpd.itk
Because the HTTPD variable will be overwritten if I don't comment it out.
How can I make Httpd.worker work without Invalid command 'AssignUserID' error?
Thanks to all
