HTTP over SOCKS?

There is a host on which there is
1) Windows
2) Lack of admin rights (i.e. installation of virtual network adapter drivers is impossible)
3) Local SOCKS proxy with Internet access
How ( except for SocksCap ) to send application traffic through it, which can only HTTP( S) or direct connection?
The point is that the SOCKS proxy appears to the program as an HTTP proxy through some intermediary.
I understand that this is possible , but I would like it to be simpler (at least one less intermediary).

If the application works through the InternetOpen functions, etc., then it can set the proxy settings in Internet Options in the control panel (the "Connections" tab, select the connection there and click the "Settings" button).

I use ProxyCap for similar purposes. In my case, requests directly from the application are wrapped in this program, and then in a real proxy.

Maybe it will suit Proxifier Portable ?
