http crash when installing packages?

As it usually happens when for the first time in the Linux console you start putting all sorts of garbage.
And if this console is in Windows, then there is especially a lot of all sorts of garbage)))
Naturally, I tried to install a graphical shell (fluxbox) and - lo and behold (no) - it was installed. It only remained to run startx... but... of course it doesn't exist)
But okay, the console itself prompts - sudo apt-get install xinit
And then "obstacles" arose again -
Do you want to continue? [Y/N] y
0% [Process]http: ../sysdeps/posix/getaddrinfo.c:2583: getaddrinfo: Check statement "(__extension__ ({ const struct in6_addr *__a = (const struct in6_addr *) (sin6->sin6_addr.__in6_u.__u6_addr32 ); __a->__in6_u.__u6_addr32[0] == 0 && __a->__in6_u.__u6_addr32[1] == 0 && __a->__in6_u.__u6_addr32[2] == __bswap_32 (0xffff); }))" failed .
E: Method http has died unexpectedly!
E: Spawned http process received signal 6.
Okay, I resign myself to fate and send the fuck this startx. But that wasn't the case...
It's just that some of the packages weren't installed. Everyone falls down with the same words. I think something is wrong here. Okay, startx might be because it's graphic... but let's say httpie crashes with the same words.
