HTML/JS application for desktop in full screen mode. How can it be implemented?

Hi everybody.
It is necessary to make an HTML / JS application for PC. It will be a simple presentation (slides and navigation). The user should be able to navigate through the slides, but should not be able to exit full screen mode. How can this be achieved?
