HTML adaptation?

In general, the site is displayed on mobile normally, but small, and https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights shows
Fix it for sure:
Adapt the size of the content for the viewport
Fix it if possible:
Increase the size of active elements on the page
Add
Google stops swearing and shows 94/100
But on mobile the right part is cut off.
What am I doing wrong?

If the right part is cut off on mobile - the problem is with viewport
the adaptive template
in a non-responsive template
Let's say the width of the container is 1000px and it doesn't adapt. In this case, the appearance is a white stripe on the right. The problem is easily fixed by setting the viewport width to 1020px. The width of the design does not change, but the mobile device will scale it to 1020px.
