HTB shaper - correct speed distribution when working through NAT?

When configuring files for client machines working through NAT (forwarding + masquerading for local machines is enabled on the server with iptables rules), it is recommended to use the configuration with the tags "MARK=xxx", but I just indicated through RULE=Ip-address
The shaper works, but where wait for pitfalls? Why is marking better when using NAT?

Maybe I'm wrong, but maybe it's just more convenient and clearer?

This will work for outgoing traffic to the local area, but outgoing traffic to the ISP will not be included in the rule, because. source address translation has occurred.
