HTACCESS ignores php_value session.save_path, how to solve?

sessions should be stored in the /tmp site folder

once worked for 30 minutes, but then because I often changed the parameters,
everything stopped working on the local Denver server, only the hosting does not work.

Decided by poke: I'll leave it to someone to come in handy, you need to run php in CGI mode. Apache or FastCGI module (Nginx + PHP-FPM) system settings ignore user settings.
