htaccess error. How to fix?

htaccess

after editing htacces internal links stopped working. returned htaccess to its original form, but the error did not disappear. the main site is working.
when going to any link of the site, it gives the error
Not Found
The requested URL /o-kompanii was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
