the problem is that you did not look at the server logs and immediately ran away for help. One of the server extensions is most likely not installed.

Enable debug mode as - written here www.yiiframework.com/doc/guide/1.0/ru/basics.entry...
Check the write permissions to the runtime folders, assets, ideally it is better to make them the owner of apache
