HP T610 thin client and windows server?

Dear connoisseurs and inhabitants of the service Toaster.ru , a question for you from a superficial plebeian, who is little aware of these very issues, for example.
There is a thin HP client T610 with the following characteristics:

Processor:
AMD Dual-Core T56N APU with Radeon HD 6320 Graphics (1.65 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache)
Memory:
4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM
Hard-drisk drive:
500GB SATA
Graphics:
Integrated AMD Radeon HD 6320
Protocols:
Citrix ICA
Citrix HDX
Microsoft RDP
Microsoft RemoteFX (RFX)
VMware Horizon View through RDP
VMware Horizon View through PCoIP
Network interface:
10/100/1000 Gigabit
Ports: 2 USB 3.0; 4 USB 2.0; 1 audio in; 1 microphone in; 1 headphone/line stereo output; 1 DVI-I (DVI-to-VGA adapter included); 1 Display Port; 1 RJ-45; 2 PS/2 (keyboard & mouse); 1 parallel; 2 serial
Slots:
1 half-height PCIe x4

Task:
Install WINDOWS SERVER 2008 on it and so that two people can go to this same server via RDP and work, store files, use a browser and all sorts of office programs.
Idea:
To spin the shindus server 2008r2 on the thin client, somehow cut the load as much as possible and so that it works as a terminal server.
Why Windows? because I only know how to do it.
Questions of interest:
  • Is this normal at all?! Will it be comfortable for two users to work on such an OS with such hardware?

@Berezoff

It all depends on what tasks you need. If you just make a terminal for two connections in which only Office 2003 will spin and that's it, then it will work, it's just pretty slow, for which users will hate you. About surfing the Internet, I generally keep quiet. From this iron, you can make for two people only a file hosting service or a backup for a small amount of information.
