HP DESKJET 3545 printer not printing?

The printer does not print either from the phone or from the PC or from the printer itself.
When you try to print something from a PC or phone from the application, nothing happens. Copy doesn't work either. When you print any template from the printer, it just starts loading endlessly. the scan is working fine.
