HP Command View EVA installation error, what should I do?

Good afternoon.
I have already addressed with a question about the problem of launching HP Command View EVA 10.3.
Question: How to connect a disk array to a server?
I determined, most likely, the root of the problems - these are installation errors that I overlooked during the initial installation, since it seemed to me that those programs that were not installed were not so important (the Installation Guide talked about some not so important components , and I thought it was them).
I am attaching screenshots.
Please advise what is wrong.
I could only google a similar problem when installing 9.4 ( https://community.hpe.com/t5/Storage-Area-Networks...- there the problem was solved by installing Windows 2003. But the specification for Command EVA 10.3 states that 2008 R2 is supported (it is installed on the server).

As a result, the problem is this, the daemon does not start:

At the same time, as I understand it, the very notorious web server that launches the Command View does not work.
Thank you for your attention.

Well, try to remove everything and install again?
In general, I would strongly recommend that you start with an emulator, since you can already make trouble in production.

greatly refresh your head.
HP also has an all-in-one disk (I forgot the name, but I can find it) There are drivers for the server, shelves, firmware updates, etc., etc.
Their database is on psql and should be in \EVAPA\DataBase\Postgres\data
But it's hard to advise you to do something with your hands right away and through the toaster.
