How would you rate this laid out one page website?

I want to make up several sites in order to collect a small portfolio so that I have something to show on the stock exchange.
This is a simple one page site. Could you evaluate the quality of the work done and perhaps give some advice for the future.

In general - not bad, but there are a couple of comments. Firstly, when they make a hero header, they make it so that the bottom edge is along the bottom border of the screen, and does not go beyond it, otherwise it turns out that I can’t find out what I need to scroll until I start doing it ( the inscription is not visible):
Well, I would replace the blue stripe with a dark blue-green one, otherwise there is no more blue on the page and it somehow stands out from the overall picture. But this is IMHO, maybe there is some deep meaning in this.
Second: the designer can make mistakes. Dot. I repeat: the designer can make mistakes, and your task is not to stupidly repeat what he painted, but also to correct him if he is wrong . Example:
My monitor reflects a little, I did not immediately notice that something was written there, but I realized about the arrow only after I tilted it and looked from below. This is a clear example of the fact that designers periodically forget about contrast. Need to fix.
I didn’t look at the source code, I won’t talk about them.

- instead of
-
open sans light? just when connecting, put for example
-
and for the phone, only instead of mailto: tel: +
This is so, in haste. In general - good!

And I will complain about a couple of things: on the first screen you don’t see the “scroll down” link, it’s obvious that for this a good solution would be to make the header 100vh high and start from there.
Judging by the way the menu works for you, it would be more logical to make not a fully scrolling site, but scroll blocks. I don't remember what it's called, something like: full-page slider.

Now it’s clear that you only did the layout, so design and content is a separate conversation.
Make the icon thematic and not yeoman'a
The title of the site is also desirable.
Insert at least hints of SEO meta tags into the header.
Usability has already been said, but this is not your problem in this case.
Everything is fine in the code, but the site is also simple.
Confused only here it:
Better sprite.
And the arrows do not work - it is better that they are clickable and open to the next screen.

2) too many divs
3) Ivan Bogachev and @0example wrote to you about the rest 4 )
