There is such a layout. Some of the elements on it need to be animated. The question is how to make the main view. Cut out one common image from the layout and paste it in the background? And the elements for animation through position: absolute. Or background-image for each layer? But there are a lot of them in the layout. Adaptability is not required. In general, how would you approach this layout, the general concept?

I would do something like you said. I would do it through background-image, in my opinion it’s easier to position it that way. But I have never done such projects)) So don’t rely on my opinion too much))
