How well is Realm ORM suitable for Net Core projects (telegram bot)?

I used this ORM in an Android application, everything was fine. Now I want to use it in a telegram bot.
The question is: does it work well under load?

There is a database server written in node.js ... I think there will be real problems with the load ...

It is simply not available under Net.Core.
