How well do you need to know python + django to write a site like Lurkmore?

There is a very good idea. How difficult is it to write a website like this?

You don't need to know programming at all for this.
You need to be able to administer - the whole Lurkmore is just a wiki engine + promotion.
Wiki-engines - there are a lot of ready-made ones, they have already bypassed those pitfalls that you will only step on.

For you it is very difficult. Almost unbearable work.
PS This is just considering that your 6 previous questions did not help you learn how to use search engines at least to a minimum.
