How well do you need to know Dart to write Flutter programs?

Hello. I want to learn how to develop applications on Flutter. How much will it be enough for me to learn Dart in order to master Flutter later?

Analogy: is it possible to write a story without knowing the Russian language? If you know 500 Russian words, then you can try to make sentences out of them .. but a good story is unlikely to come out.
It's the same with Flutter - it's very difficult to develop an application in a language that you don't know... You can write an application knowing only the basics of the language, but the more complex the application's functionality, the more you need a good command of Dart.
