How up-to-date is RouterBoard 1100AHx2 compared to Cloud Core Router 1009-8G-1S-1S+?

Interested in parrots. Maybe someone has the opportunity to compare or infa came across.

The biggest profit of the HA model is in the presence of hardware encryption, i.e. IPSec tunnels do not load the main CPU, and are processed without an overhead for encryption (read as wired speed).
The biggest profit of CRS is the number of cores, which means it is able to handle many powerful traffic flows with greater success (9 ports at wired speed will not drop iron, even if fw\nat\qos\etc rules are imposed on these flows).
Those. they are of course in different weight categories, and the CRS is "on the forehead", more powerful, but the HA model has an ace up its sleeve (and the price is cheaper).
For most tasks, HA, CRS are enough - if you put it in the core of the network or on cross-border traffic (5-10 gigabits at the peak)
