How to write to the cell after the last non-blank cell in a column in an excel table using C#?

Roughly speaking, I need to implement a record in Excel through C #, so that each new record is written to the next line when a certain button is pressed. I tried to implement this through Office.Intertop, but in vain, a college teacher said that this is needed through using XML, but I did not find articles about it, I would be glad for any information about this task
