How to write sum when fetching hasMany(Ar, Yii2)?

Actually the question is in the title. How to write this correctly:

public function getSum()
    {
        return $this->hasMany(SomeModel::className(), ['model_id' => 'id'])->sum('field');
    }

So that later in AR with with you can pull it up.
