How to write static DNS in hospot Mikrotik without internet?

Good afternoon) There is a rather specific task that needs your help:
There is a network consisting of
1 - mikrotik 951ui-2hnd
2 - A laptop (with Denver) is connected by wire
3 - phones are connected via wifi
There is no Internet in this network at all.
The task is to redirect all pages opened on the phone to one single site on the Notebook.
Solution - the network is configured, the beech has a static ip, a hotspot is created (its login.html redirects to the desired address).
Since no external DNS servers are available, the main domain zones are registered in Mikrotika's static DNS with redirection to hotspot (.ru - 192.168.10.1, etc.).
Result- the open address 123.ru is correctly redirected to the hotspota page, everything is fine!
The problem - the open address 123.ru/1 - gives a 404 error and does not redirect to Hotspot
How can this fix the problem?
Or how else can you solve the problem?

@Dekcc

I solved everything in the following way:
I redirected all DNS not to HotSpot, but to my server. And from there, after 403, everything was sent to HotSpot

Mikrotik in your case runs on L3 and it doesn't know anything about http/https.
It is necessary to create a default virtual server on Denver - and configure it either to proxy requests or to redirect to the necessary sites. Depends on imagination and task.
Unfortunately, this cannot be done on Mikrotik (my subjective opinion).
