How to write on cmd.hear and updates.hear at the same time?

What libraries need to be imported at the beginning of the node js script so that you can write at least cmd.hear or updates.hear in one script? (Both of these methods are in the vk-io module), but what exactly needs to be taken from vk-io in order for both cmd.hear and updates.hear to work?
What do you need to require at the beginning of the code?
