How to write integration tests with IdentityServer on board?

Can someone tell me how to write integration tests with an identity server on the same host with the apish. My Fixture crashes with such an error when validating a token.
Unable to obtain configuration from: ' localhost/.well-known/openid-configuration '
I get the token itself, but I can't access the apish.
Google offers some crutches
