How to write external json file?

There is an html page uploaded to the hosting and a Json file in the same folder.
Is it possible to overwrite the Json file in some way, for example, through button buttons on html, "be it in python or some other language"

Having only 2 files: html and json - this is not possible.
You need a backend part in php, python or another language supported by the hosting and the ability to write an appropriate application. This is somewhat more complicated than can be described in this kind of message, having so little information about the conditions.
