How to write custom header in linux console?

Tell me, when the system boots (without a desktop), there is usually some kind of header, and below is a login and password request. This header usually indicates which distribution it is, an ip address can be specified. Proxmox writes its own OpenMediaVault. Can I edit it somehow to write my own text there?
