How to write correct 301 redirect in htaccess file?

Please help me to write correct 301 redirect in htaccess file for Apache server.
If they go to the address http://www.alkonarkostop.com.ua/lechenie-narkomani... then there is a redirect to the same page, only a slash http://www.alkonarkostop.com.ua/lechenie-narkomani is added at the end. .. but at the same time, if the page ends with .html, for example www.alkonarkostop.com.ua/lechenie-narkomanii.html , then the slash is not added to the end. Please help me set the right terms.
