How to write authorization for VK in Delphi using (or for) API?

I watched old guides and tutorials on how to do it all - there you could get by with two tedit and tbutton + idhttp. Now it all doesn’t work, and you need to somehow log in through oauth.vk.com (or Api, I didn’t even understand), and there either grant_type: invalid, then for some reason the client_id is wrong, then something else. Help me please. I would like just a code, but you can have a direction where to "dig", or something else. Authorization for me is very difficult, especially with new methods.
If the essence of the question is not clear: most likely I should get an acess_token in order to carry out operations with it in the future. But at the same time, I can't get it, because I don't know/don't understand how.
I’m unlikely to be able to pay, because I eat doshikami, because there is not enough for more.
