How to write an explanatory text correctly and better and how will a person perceive it better?

Greetings
Strange, but now I'm thinking about how best to write the text of the same meaning. The site has three blocks of services with an icon and the same text that serves as an explanation for each service (for example, let's take the service of complex work with trees):

Two different options for writing text:

  1. we plant trees, dig holes, water every day and take care of tree health
  2. planting trees, digging holes, daily watering and caring for tree health

So I thought about writing options. The first seems to be more effective, and the second ... and here I decided to stop and ask you for advice. Which option do you like better and why and are there any studies on this issue - on the style of description and the impact on a person?

First option. IMHO, because he is "more humane" or something. The first option tells the site visitor that <we> are "planting trees, digging holes", the second option is soulless "planting trees".

Trees
---------
1. Planting trees - once
2. Watering trees - daily
3. Care and maintenance of trees - constantly It is
necessary that:
1. for people: there was little to read, but there was a lot of meaning.
The saved order of actions is desirable (as I wrote above).
2. for PS: included all the necessary SEO keys

Yes, a hundred pounds, here only the first option is readable and more useful for people.

The first option is more understandable.
