How to write an explanation for a formula in LaTeX?

Hello.
I have the following formula with explanations written in Word:

I want to transfer this formula and its explanation to LaTeX. The formula itself in LaTeX I depicted as follows:

\begin{equation}
  \bar y = \frac{\sum(y_i \times t_i)}{\sum t_i},
\end{equation}

How to add an explanation of signs (symbols) to this formula in the same style as in the figure above?
